Verification Documents

Candidates are advised to bring the following documents for verification:

  • Application Bank Challan with bank stamp / Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (e.g. Rs. 300/- or more)
  • Online Counselling Security Deposit  Bank Challan with bank stamp / Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (e.g. Rs. 750/-)
  • Balance Admission Fee Challan (College Copy of this Challan) with
    bank stamp / Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (photocopy)
  • Print-out of Corrected (if any) Application Form with Photograph (Pasted) and Signatures of Candidate (two places) & Guardian
  • Original Mark-sheet (10+2 level) + One Photocopy
  • Original Age proof e.g. 10th level Admit / Certificate + One Photocopy
  • Caste Certificate (if benefit taken) + One Photocopy
  • University Permission (if Qualifying Exam. passed prior to 2012)
  • Admission Cancellation proof (for candidates who have already taken admission in some other institution)

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Candidates must take the print-out of the Application Form after uploading of Photo & Signature and making personal data corrections
  • Candidates must paste their Photograph in the Application Form
  • Candidate and Guardian must both sign the Application Form
