About the Department

The Honours program began in 2006 with just 17 students and 4 teachers. Over the years, the department has made significant progress and now boasts three fully equipped laboratories. These labs are outfitted with 16 desktops and 2 laptops, ensuring students have access to modern technology for their studies. The classrooms are also equipped with ICT facilities, including Wi-Fi internet connections, to facilitate an interactive and tech-enabled learning environment. Furthermore, a departmental library has been established, offering a wide range of academic resources to support students’ research and learning needs. The department's growth reflects its commitment to providing high-quality education and staying up-to-date with technological advancements.
