  • Application Bank Challan with bank stamp \/ Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (e.g. Rs. 300\/- or more)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Online Counselling Security Deposit\u00a0 Bank Challan with bank stamp \/ Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (e.g. Rs. 750\/-)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Balance Admission Fee Challan (College Copy of this Challan) with<\/strong><\/span>
    \nbank stamp \/ Confirmation Slip of Online Payment (photocopy)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Print-out of Corrected (if any) Application Form with Photograph (Pasted) and Signatures of Candidate (two places) & Guardian <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Original Mark-sheet (10+2 level) + One Photocopy<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Original Age proof e.g. 10th<\/sup> level Admit \/ Certificate + One Photocopy<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Caste Certificate (if benefit taken) + One Photocopy<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • University Permission (if Qualifying Exam. passed prior to 2012)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Admission Cancellation proof (for candidates who have already taken admission in some other institution)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
