Year of establishment : 1924<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0department of Physics has been an integral part of the college right from its inception in the year 1924. However, at the time, the department offered only a pass course in Physics. The department started offering an honours course from the mid sixties.<\/p>\n

Students passing from this department have secured their careers in various fields mostly being research fellows, school and college teachers, banking sectors and few have cracked WBCS exams.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n<\/div>\t
